Refund Policy

SMS.SB is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments, specific conditions apply to all refund requests.

1. Automatic Refunds

The following situations qualify for automatic, instant refunds to your Platform account balance:

  • Number activation failure — if a purchased number (one-time or rental) fails to become active or is unavailable, the full cost is refunded immediately.
  • No SMS received (one-time numbers) — if no verification code is received within the activation window (typically 20 minutes), the cost is automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Cancelled before delivery — if you cancel an active one-time number before any SMS code is received, the full cost is returned to your balance.
  • Service outage — if a Platform-wide disruption affects your active order, it will be automatically refunded.

Automatic refunds are processed instantly and require no action from you. You will see the credit reflected in your account balance immediately.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • SMS successfully delivered — once a verification code is received on the purchased number and visible in your account, the transaction is final.
  • Used verification codes — numbers where codes have been received and viewed, regardless of whether the code was used on the target service.
  • Wrong service or country — selecting the wrong service or country is the user's responsibility. Always verify your selection before purchasing.
  • Account termination for violations — accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations forfeit any remaining balance.
  • Expired numbers — numbers that expired because you did not check for incoming SMS within the activation window.

3. Account Balance Credits

  • All refunds are credited to your Platform account balance, not to external cryptocurrency wallets or bank accounts.
  • Account balance can be used for any future purchases on the Platform.
  • Account balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Account balance is denominated in USD.

4. Cryptocurrency Deposit Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:

  • Cryptocurrency deposits are final and cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or converted back to cryptocurrency.
  • Once funds are confirmed on the blockchain and credited to your account balance, they are available only as Platform credit.
  • We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, on wrong blockchain networks, or below the minimum deposit threshold.
  • In case of overpayment or technical errors during deposit processing, contact our support team for manual review and resolution.

5. Dispute Process

If you believe a refund was not correctly applied or you have a billing concern:

  • Check your transaction history in the Platform's History section for detailed order and refund records.
  • Contact our support team with your order ID and a description of the issue.
  • Allow up to 48 hours for investigation and review.
  • Resolution will be communicated via the Platform or email (if provided).
  • All dispute decisions made by our support team are final.

6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, including but not limited to:

  • Systematic abuse of the automatic refund system (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and cancelling numbers).
  • Using the Platform for prohibited activities as outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • Attempting chargebacks or payment reversals on cryptocurrency deposits.
  • Operating multiple accounts to circumvent refund restrictions.
  • Any behavior designed to exploit the refund system for unearned credits.

7. Service Credits & Compensation

  • In the event of extended Platform outages, affected users may receive service credits at our discretion.
  • Compensation is limited to the value of directly affected transactions.
  • No compensation is provided for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or consequential losses.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that specific transaction. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. The revised date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last modified.
