Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SMS.SB provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. The Platform offers two types of numbers: (a) one-time activation numbers, which are disposable and intended for single use within a limited activation window (typically 20 minutes), and (b) long-term rental numbers, which can be rented for extended periods to receive multiple SMS messages. The Platform does not provide phone call services or outbound SMS capabilities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You must not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party.
• •You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •You must provide a valid username. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.
• •You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments & Billing

• •All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency through third-party payment processors.
• •Deposits are converted to Platform account balance (denominated in USD) upon blockchain confirmation.
• •Service prices are displayed in USD and may fluctuate based on real-time availability, demand, and provider pricing.
• •VIP loyalty discounts are applied automatically based on your tier level.
• •You are solely responsible for sending the correct payment amount to the correct address. Transactions sent to wrong addresses or on wrong networks cannot be recovered.

5. Service Delivery

SMS delivery is provided on a best-effort basis. The Platform relies on third-party number providers and mobile carriers, and therefore cannot guarantee delivery for any specific service, country, or carrier combination.

If a purchased number fails to receive an SMS verification code within the activation window, the cost is automatically refunded to your account balance. Once an SMS code is successfully delivered and visible to you, the transaction is considered complete and final.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform for:

• •Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including identity theft or impersonation.
• •Harassment, spam, or abuse targeting any third party.
• •Circumventing security measures or violating the terms of service of third-party platforms.
• •Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting numbers or codes obtained through the Platform.
• •Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
• •Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund. The Platform reserves the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of SMS.SB. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• •The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• •We make no guarantees regarding uptime, SMS delivery rates, number availability, or service accuracy.
• •We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• •Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the current balance in your Platform account at the time of the claim.
• •We are not responsible for how you use verification codes obtained through the Platform, nor for any consequences arising from such use.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases of:

• •Violation of these Terms of Service.
• •Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• •Chargeback attempts or payment disputes.
• •Extended account inactivity (12+ months with zero balance).

Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through direct communication with our support team. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
